    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the interior design and turnkey solutions sector.

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven B2B sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences across five-star hotels, corporate offices, and premium interior projects.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

    Minimum 8–9 years of sales experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.

    Experience in interior design, furniture, construction, or building materials industries is highly desirable.

    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Project In-Charge (Interior Hotel Projects) to lead end-to-end execution of luxury hotel interior projects.

    This role involves overseeing the complete project lifecycle — from planning to final delivery — ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead planning and execution of hotel interior projects from initiation to completion

    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with business objectives

    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors for seamless execution

    • Manage project budgets, timelines, and manpower allocation

    • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks & implement corrective actions

    • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements

    • Prepare and present project reports, MIS, and updates to senior management

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Proven experience in managing large-scale hotel interior projects

    • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

    • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

    • Hands-on experience with project management tools and execution frameworks

    • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and hotel design standards

    • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field

    • 10+ years of experience in handling hotel interior projects

    • Prior experience in luxury or hospitality projects will be highly preferred
